She has always been very nice, helpful, understanding and professional. There’s been a couple of times I felt frustrated but she immediately worked on my issues and resolved them quickly. Brian has also been a great help in helping me to figure out which coverage would be best for my mom (89). No company is without flaw regardless of who they are but Kierra and Brian have been absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them.
